Twelve teams, 4 to 6 players each. Choosing a team commits you: its players appear and you take one of them. No backing out to another team.

You choose the slot

Take a back and decide whether he fills RB or FLEX. A placed pick is final - no swaps, no undo.

Eight slots, 4 teams unused

QB, two RB, two WR, a TE, a FLEX and a kicker. Choosing which teams to skip is part of it. Scoring is season fantasy points, PPR, and nothing is dropped: kickers get 3 per field goal and 1 per extra point, and there is no fumble penalty.

You are graded against the board

Not against a season all-star team - against the best roster these twelve teams could actually have produced, one player per team. Same score, same place; within a tie, the earliest lock-in lists first.
